I am a Learning experience designer, business skills trainer, and a qualified coach, with extensive expertise in crafting both digital and classroom training experience, managing training programs, and coaching teams and individuals. Having undergone some major life and career transitions myself, I empathise with individuals navigating change, and I am skilled in supporting professionals who acquire new skills and wish to change their careers. Since relocating to Berlin, I have developed my understanding of the local tech landscape, gaining insights into IT careers, job roles in Data Science and Software Development, and industry requirements. I provide career coaching to help my clients boost their confidence, create an effective job search strategy, and compete successfully for their new roles.
