I'm a Business Psychologist, Career Consultant and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), working primarily in the career transition space. For the past four years, I have been advising, mentoring, and coaching clients from various levels (individual contributor to executive director) across a wide range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and energy. Prior to coaching, I worked in consultancy firms, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance their talent assessment and management strategies through both off-the-shelf and customised psychometric products. After navigating my own career transition, I understand the feeling of being lost. This personal experience fuels my passion for working one-on-one with individuals, helping them navigate change- whether planned or unexpected, and guiding them through the unknown. I love helping clients in exploring their next steps and identifying their career aspirations. Having done a few career pivots personally, I enjoy helping clients explore career possibilities and create a plan to make their career change a reality. I'm also on the planning committee to organise events to connect candidates to job opportunities, and co-lead the Career Pivot events at LHH. My coaching approach is supportive, kind, and empathetic, where I use a transformative coaching model to help clients confidently navigate change and ambiguity while achieving their full potential.
