My background is from international recruitment, talent acquisition and executive search, and have overseen a large number of complex hiring processes. I have interviewed more than 5,000 candidates from graduate to most senior executive levels and have reviewed tens of thousands of applications and resumes which have given me a broad perspective as well as the understanding of the key criteria of what gets a candidate shortlisted and successfully hired during the selection process. I have worked in close partnership with Managing Director and C-level Hiring Managers and learnt how they approach job applications and select resumes. I have designed recruitment processes, assessment centres, implemented interview frameworks and participated in a large number of interview panels. I have gained extensive experience with global scope across a broad range of industry sectors (Financial and Professional Services, Information Technology Services, Telecommunications, Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Service Centres, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Oil and Gas) in complex, matrix and diverse business environments with different work cultures as well.
