As a Program Manager for the COPE Health Scholar Program at Kaiser Permanente Riverside, I mentor and guide scholars as they gain direct clinical exposure, develop leadership skills, and prepare for careers in healthcare. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between academic and hands-on healthcare experience. Each year, I support 140+ Scholars, connecting them with opportunities that shape their professional journeys.
