We are a boutique recruiter and career transition specialist with a focus in the Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) industry, including a strong expertise within the Natural Products industry (C-Suite, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance). Our market platform includes working with health/well being food & beverage, dietary supplement and ingredients companies, founder owned and portfolio investments of many private equity groups, ranging in size from $1M to $1B+. Growing up in West Central Wisconsin on a farm Scott learned the virtues of natural/organic firsthand in the ways they grew vegetables and raised animals. Literally "ground to fork." Little did he know at the time his family was becoming part of the Midwest Organic movement that was gaining momentum 30 years ago in what is called the Driftless area. This is where companies like Organic Valley, Westby Creamery and GoMacro are headquartered today and is home to the popular La Crosse and Viroqua Co-ops. Living in a small and tight community instilled many values that he carries with him today - Integrity, Honesty, Caring, Appreciation, Respect, Dedication, Effort and Unity - that all goes along with his hard work ethic. Farming is not easy, especially when doing it the right way! After receiving his BS degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Scott now calls Madison home along with his wife Sara, daughter Lilyah and son Jaylis. He and his family enjoy attending UW-Madison sporting events, traveling and spending as much time as possible outdoors, especially on Madison’s beautiful lakes. They are firm believers in sustainability and regenerative agriculture and are big supporters of Cornucopia, Beyond Pesticides, OrganicEye and the local Willy Street Co-op.
