As a Veteran Transition Specialist at Hire Heroes USA, I have over 17 years of experience in providing career counseling, resume writing, and facilitation to individuals with mental and physical disabilities and military veterans. I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Certified Military Veteran Recruiter (CMVR), with a passion for helping veterans find meaningful and fulfilling careers in the civilian sector.I have achieved outstanding results in assisting over 2,000 veterans with becoming gainfully employed since 2012, setting a company record for the highest confirmed hires. I also lead a team of three personnel, traveling to various military bases and conducting workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and strategic planning. Additionally, I have a strong background in vocational rehabilitation, recruiting, and interviewing, which enables me to understand the behavioral patterns and needs of individuals with mental illnesses.
