Passionate about digital change, with over 13 years of experience in Software Development projects, mostly as a Business Analyst, but also as a Scrum master, I led international teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I have gained extensive business knowledge in financial domains, like banking, insurance, and capital markets, being focused on business needs and providing efficient solutions to them. During my experience as a Business Analyst, I have worked closely with different stakeholders, identifying business needs, documenting business requirements, and creating functional design specifications for new or existing applications, developing new products, creating new business processes, or automating existing ones. I was involved in multiple projects, developing new key products which helped the companies to extend their business (raising the number of active customers, reaching out to new customer segments, developing & growing new business areas and selling the innovative products through new, modern channels, according to the market and context needs). I am a very dedicated and enthusiastic person, eager to learn, a solution-oriented person, with problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills, and I have a customer-oriented attitude. I am very proactive, I bring a positive vibe in every team and I motivate people to grow. I am also very curious to explore the more technical side of the projects, working closely with the developers and testers. I have had the opportunity to be part of the team who led the transition process from Waterfall to Agile Scrum which had excellent results in terms of number of projects delivered.
