Having worked in the Executive Search industry for some years assisting clients and candidates with their search needs, I now assist clients with their own career transition and career development with the aim of securing employment in their dream job. My corporate work experience in the private and public sector along with my search knowledge and coaching/counselling experience has allowed me to consolidate these skills and transition into the career management space. I am driven by helping people to realise their goals and to succeed in achieving them. In essence, I want to make a difference to people's lives in the most positive way.
