Three tools that answer the questions that actually matter: Is my job safe from AI? What work am I built for? Where am I heading in five years?
AI Career Risk Report
A personalized score based on O*NET task data and Anthropic AI research. Know which parts of your job are exposed and where your safe harbors are.
Workfive DNA
A 10-minute work-style assessment that maps your personality to the environments, roles and teams where you actually thrive.
Career Blueprint
A structured view of your history, strengths, and the roles that fit them — so your next move is a decision, not a guess.
Why a strategy layer changes everything
Most career tools start and end with the resume. That's backwards. A beautifully optimized resume sent to the wrong roles, in the wrong industry, at the wrong altitude of seniority, is just a polished rejection.
The Strategy pillar exists to fix the thing that's easiest to skip and most expensive to get wrong: the direction of your career. It combines three independent signals — how exposed your current role is to AI disruption, what kind of work your personality is actually suited to, and where your experience compounds over the next five to ten years — into a single coherent plan.
The AI Career Risk Report draws on O*NET task-level data and recent research into AI labor impact to tell you which parts of your job are quietly automatable, which are 'safe harbors' (high-stakes judgment, physical presence, sensitive ethics) that AI struggles to replace, and which skills to double down on. This is not a generic industry heatmap — it's personalized to your tasks.
The Workfive DNA assessment uses a validated IPIP instrument to surface the dimensions of work that energize or drain you. Two people with the same job title can have completely opposite ideal environments; Workfive tells you which one you are, in language recruiters and coaches actually use.
The Career Blueprint stitches these signals together with your actual career history. Instead of a 'dream job' generator, it produces a grounded map of roles that build on what you've already done, adjusted for what AI will change about your field over the next few years. It's the missing layer between 'who I am' and 'which job to apply for'.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about career strategy
Will AI replace my job?
Most roles won't disappear outright, but the task mix inside them is changing fast. Our AI Career Risk Report scores your current tasks individually — some may be highly exposed while others (judgment calls, relationship work, physical presence) are genuinely hard for AI to replicate. The report tells you which of your tasks are safest and which skills to develop.
How is the AI risk score calculated?
We combine O*NET task statements for your occupation with research-backed estimates of how current large language models perform on each task type. The result is two scores per role: Observed Exposure (what AI is already doing in the wild) and Theoretical Coverage (what current models could do if fully deployed). Most roles have higher theoretical than observed exposure — which is where the next five years of change will come from.
How is Workfive different from a Myers-Briggs or DISC test?
Workfive is built on the IPIP Big-Five framework, which is the personality model with the strongest empirical support in academic psychology. Unlike MBTI-style tests, it measures work-relevant traits on continuous scales instead of sorting you into one of sixteen types, and results stay stable over time. The output is designed to map directly onto hiring and role-fit decisions, not self-help language.
What is the Career Blueprint, and how is it different from a coach?
The Blueprint is a structured view of your career trajectory that combines your real history with your Workfive DNA and AI risk profile. It's not a replacement for human coaching — it's the artifact you'd hand a coach to skip the first three sessions of 'tell me about yourself.' Premium users can export it to PDF for use in coaching conversations or with referrers.
Is any of this free?
The AI Career Risk Report baseline score and Workfive DNA assessment are both free. The full AI Risk Report with personalized upskilling playbook, and the premium Career Blueprint export, are part of the paid plan.
How does this fit with the rest of JobMentis?
Strategy comes before Assets. Once you know where you're heading, the Assets pillar (resume, LinkedIn, cover letter) optimizes your public profile for those specific targets, Interview Prep trains you to talk about them, and the CRM tracks your execution. Each tool feeds the next.
You know the plan. Now make it real.
Next, tune your resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letters to the direction your strategy just set.
