Does JobMentis apply to jobs for me?
No. JobMentis prepares the application and fills the form when you click, then stops. It never submits an application, moves a form to the next step, sends a message or posts for you. You read the form and press Submit yourself.
Which application forms can it fill?
Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, the systems behind a large share of company careers sites. On LinkedIn Easy Apply and other forms it shows the questions asked and your saved answers to copy, without typing into the form.
What does it fill, and what does it leave?
Your contact details, address, links, work history, education, languages and the CV for this job. A detail your profile lacks is asked once and saved. It never answers gender, ethnicity, disability or age, and never a question about the posting itself, like an office or a shift: those stay with you.
How is my fit calculated?
The posting's requirements are read one by one against your CV, each marked met, partly met or missing, and the score out of 100 is computed in code from that reading. From 85 it is a strong match, from 75 a good one and from 60 a moderate one.
Will the tailored CV say things that are not true?
