Will it look like JobMentis or like my brand?+
Default branding is JobMentis. For coaches who want a fully branded experience for their clients, we offer white-label setups (custom domain, your logo, your colors, differentiated feature-sets, custom packages) on the outplacement/training plan, different pricing, different conversation.
What counts as an 'active client'?+
A client you've granted access to JobMentis during that month (30 days of use, start anytime). Clients who finish working with you have no cost anymore, you and only you assign the seats, no admin on your side, no awkward off-boarding. Transparent to your client.
What if a client is wary of AI?+
Then lead with you, not the AI. The AI features are tools you switch on where they help, not a mandate, and nothing is generated and sent without a human in the loop. A client can lean on the human side as much as they want. "AI does the grunt work, the coach owns the relationship" is the whole design.
Can JobMentis send me clients?+
Yes, that's JobMentis Coaching. Alongside supervising the clients you bring, you can opt in to receive clients we acquire. We run a large job-seeker funnel; when someone wants a human coach we match them to you by role, industry, and fit. You only take what you have capacity for. What about GDPR and my clients' data?+
Each coach workspace is isolated. Clients keep ownership of their data. Full deletion is one click and propagates across all services, databases, file storage, and external services. Audit logs and a public data manifest are part of the platform.
Can I white-label this for my firm?+
Yes. We offer fully white-label setups for outplacement firms, training programs, and career services (including university and education-sector career offices).
