Browser extension for Chrome
JobMentis on every job page you read
The JobMentis browser extension adds a side panel to the job pages you read: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and the careers pages of 31 applicant tracking systems. Save a posting, see your match and the pay, check whether the job is still live, and prepare your networking, without leaving the page.
The extension is in review with Google. Create your free account now and it will be ready the moment you install it.

What it does on each page
On a job posting
Save the posting to your tracker in one click, see how your CV matches it, the pay range for the role and location, how old the posting is and whether it still looks alive, the interview questions we hold for the company, and whether a recruiting agency posted it. Once it is saved, ask for a fit analysis, a cover letter or a tailored CV.
On someone's LinkedIn profile
See whether they are already in your Networking Tracker, add them with their current role, and draft a first message from your own templates. It also shows what you have in common and what they have that you do not, so you know what to ask about.
On your own LinkedIn profile
Bring your headline, About and experience into JobMentis for the LinkedIn Optimizer, or build a CV from your profile in a few clicks.
On a company page
The company's interview intelligence, the roles you are tracking there, a flag when the company is a recruiting agency, and a quick start for a speculative application.
After you apply
When you reach an application confirmation page, LinkedIn Easy Apply included, it offers to mark the job as applied in your tracker.
What it reads, and what it never does
- It reads only the page you have open, and only on job pages. Anywhere else it does nothing unless you click “Scan this page”.
- It never clicks, messages, connects or applies on LinkedIn or any other site for you. Anything it drafts, you copy and send yourself.
- Postings you open are shared anonymously with the public JobMentis job board, which keeps posting health checks and pay benchmarks current. You can switch this off in the extension's Settings.
- It never sends us a page's code, and your CV is never sent from your browser: analyses read it on our side.
Where it works
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and the Google and Meta careers sites.
And the careers pages of these applicant tracking systems:
Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Oracle Taleo, Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Ashby, Workable, Breezy HR, Recruitee, Jobvite, JazzHR, Zoho Recruit, Teamtailor, Personio, Homerun, Phenom, Welcome to the Jungle, Eightfold AI, Rippling, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone OnDemand, Avature, Paylocity, Paycor, PageUp, Pinpoint
On any other careers page, one click on “Scan this page” reads it for that visit.
Questions about the extension
Is the JobMentis extension free?
Yes. Saving jobs, your match, pay ranges, posting health, company intelligence and the networking tools are free with a JobMentis account. The AI actions follow your JobMentis plan: cover letters are part of Pro, and the other analyses follow your plan's limits.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, and browsers built on Chrome that install from the Chrome Web Store, such as Edge and Brave. It needs Chrome 130 or later.
Does it apply, post or send messages for me?
No. It never acts on LinkedIn or any other site for you: no clicks, no messages, no connection requests, no applications. When it drafts something, you copy it and send it yourself.
What does it send to JobMentis?
Postings you open, shared anonymously with the public job board unless you switch that off, and what you ask for with a click: a posting you save, your own profile when you capture it, a contact you add. It never sends a page's code. Section 11 of our privacy policy lists every case.
Do I need an account?
Signed out, it shows a posting's details and the company's interview intelligence. Saving jobs, your match, the pay range and the networking tools need a free JobMentis account.
Which job sites does it work on?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, the Google and Meta careers sites, and the careers pages of 31 applicant tracking systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and SmartRecruiters. On any other careers page, click “Scan this page” to read it for that visit.
