What your client sees
My Program shows their start date, the week they are in, the sessions left and the summaries you sent, each under its session. Messages is a threaded conversation with you, and a comment on one of your tasks opens a thread named after that task. Book a call uses your own booking link, and Support holds the page you wrote. Each part can be switched off, and you choose the order of their sidebar.
Your logo, not ours
Upload your logo once and it appears next to the Coach section of every client's sidebar and at the top of their program, booking, messages and support pages. Everyone on your workspace shares it. A fully white-label setup, with your own domain and colors, is available to firms on a separate plan.
Joining is easy
An invitation is one email with one button. Signing up with the invited address counts as accepting, a client who already has an account sees the invitation at the top of their to-do list, and if nobody accepts the invitation is sent again after three days, then once more. Clients who arrive with a job search already built in ChatGPT, Claude or a spreadsheet can bring it in, reviewing every item before anything is saved.
Access the client controls
You can open a client's account to work alongside them only while they allow it, from their own account settings. Each visit appears on their activity timeline with your name, how long you stayed and what you used. That is what makes the permission mean something, and it is the answer if a client ever asks what was done on their behalf.

Do my clients pay JobMentis?
Not for what your program covers. You assign access from your seats when you invite them, and the program decides which tools they get and for how long.
Which languages can my clients use?
English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek and German. The coach console stays in English, and the Career Memory briefing about each client is always in English, so you can read it whatever language they work in.
Can clients keep their account after coaching ends?
Yes. The account and the work in it are theirs. Your access ends, and so does the activity tracking.
