I am asked often about my decision to leave the law and become a recruiter. Since I advise attorneys about making strategic career decisions on a daily basis, I would like to say that it was a calculated move. It was not. My goal was to move to Manhattan from South Jersey and as I embarked on my job search, I stumbled into recruiting.
