As a store manager at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, I lead a team of 25 employees and oversee the daily operations, sales, and customer service of the store. I have been in this role for over two years, and I am passionate about the mission and vision of Goodwill, which is to provide employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages.I have a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations. Under my leadership, my store has achieved the fab 5 status, which means it was among the top 5 stores in the state in terms of sales growth, for five consecutive quarters.
