For over twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of careers, hiring and leadership - first in professional recruitment, and later on the inside the Partner Practice of FTSE100 financial services business as an Operations Director. I’ve seen how careers are built, how people get stuck, and how easily talented professionals lose confidence when life changes around them.
