My education has given me knowledge of Swedish society structure and the labor market, I have good working experience in sales management, refugee camping administration, and organizational development for sustainability as well as sustainable development for NGO and other kinds of organisations, during my master degree i gain professional project management skills, entrepreneurship skills, team development and leadership skills which is highly beneficial to function in multicultural organisations.
