I am a sustainability professional and -enthusiast who's passionate about culture, nature and environmental conservation, with the ultimate goal of making our world a better place. Fueled by a passion for developing my own skill-sets, I strive to help organizations improve their business sustainably, thus enhancing their competitive potential. Holding extensive customer service experience and a background in aviation chiseled me into a professional who solves challenging affairs as a routine. I enjoyed training and tutoring newly-hired passenger service agents at Helsinki-Vantaa airport and was praised for my ability to adapt my tutoring to best serve and support the individual’s efficient training. As a sustainability specialist I got praise for my extensive, life-cycle-focused, critical and comprehensive view on sustainability. I enjoyed working with client companies, translating a subject as complex as sustainability into a comprehensive and actionable entity for them. It was an honor to work with a Sustainability Panel comprised of Finland's leading sustainability experts. As a person who's genuinely passionate about sustainability, leaving the world of aviation behind was a conscious choice. Becoming the dazzling sustainability professional I am today required commitment to intensive education and completing a series of sustainable development and circular economy open path studies alongside work. Demonstrative of my ambition are e.g. my Finnish language skills, which I acquired and managed to speak fluently in two years after moving to the country. Nowadays, 13 years in, people are surprised to learn I'm not a native speaker. As an individual I am determined, empathetic and driven by a strong ambition to conserve the ecological diversity of our planet.
