Even a successful career can lose momentum. When that happens, the answer is rarely more effort, it’s clearer direction. For many high achievers, the issue isn’t underperformance; it’s quiet dissatisfaction. Your career and life look good on paper. But the momentum has stalled. Sound familiar? Your next career move shouldn’t be just more of the same. Most mid-career professionals I work with want a career where they: * continue to grow and learn * feel listened to and respected * create meaningful value * work hard without sacrificing family, health, or life outside work Hi there, mid-career professional, If that sounds like you, read on. TL;DR I help mid-career professionals find clarity and momentum when a good career feels stuck. If you want a way forward without blowing up your life, let’s talk. ******* The long version I understand this stage of your career well. I spent over 20 years in senior HR roles within large multinational organisations, working from the inside to understand how careers really unfold and why so many capable people feel trapped despite doing everything “right.” Today, I work from the outside in, supporting mid-career professionals who want to move forward thoughtfully and safely. I’ve coached over 200 professionals, from senior experts to CEOs, across organisations such as Roche, Bayer, Syngenta, Swarovski, and Amcor, as well as smaller firms. Finding the right next step in a crowded job market doesn’t come from polishing your CV or applying harder. That usually leads to more of the same. A sustainable, satisfying career comes from alignment across four areas: Career clarity – understanding how you want your work to fit your life now Communication – expressing your value clearly and credibly in the market Commitment – focusing energy on the right opportunities, not all of them Confidence – resilience and self-trust during change To see where you are, and what’s holding you back, start with my Mid-Career Audit (link in Fea

I'm currently working as a Program Success Manager & Career Coach at Merit America, a nonprofit organization that offers technical and professional skills training to underserved communities. In my role, I help learners secure living wage careers and create clear paths for upward mobility. The work I do helps learners alleviate the stress of working below a living wage and provides a tangible path towards a brighter future. As a Merit America graduate myself, I know the impact of this work firsthand and am excited to make a difference in people's lives. My journey started as a teenager, when I found a passion for mentorship through a nonprofit organization that taught kids how to ballroom dance. For six years, I volunteered with Paradise Dancers and learned valuable life skills, including mentorship and leadership. Mentoring teens in dance and helping them become healthy, loving adults was deeply meaningful to me.I then worked in healthcare, serving people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. In that environment, I discovered that genuine connection and empathy can make a huge difference. I also learned that the strength and dignity of the human spirit are immense, even in the face of adversity.Returning to the dance world, I became a professional dancer, instructor, coach, and mentor. I discovered that teaching students from around the world allowed me to create a culture of kindness, learning, and gratitude at a scale that furthered my ability to make a difference. Through this phase of my career, I developed a deep appreciation for education and how it empowers people to become their best selves.Moving forward, I'm driven by the desire to make an impact at scale. I want to do work that helps the most people in the most meaningful way possible.
