She developed tools, provided analytics support, and educated staff on best practices to improve the health outcomes of high-risk patient populations. Diane has been recognized as an innovator for the development of patient care programs and has been honored by various awards in the areas of improving patient and medication safety. Operational excellence and removing barriers for safety and efficiency has also been a significant accomplishment and focus for Diane. Leading operations in a variety of healthcare settings, including regional management, showcased her ability to effectively handle large system changes including integration to a new company, changes in staffing models, several computer upgrades, all while maintaining retention of staff and superior customer service.
