I first heard those words over 15 years ago during a Today Show interview with a pioneer of the coaching profession and Master Certified Coach, Laura Berman Fortgang. I was instantly intrigued. Here was someone who helped others gain clarity, make meaningful change, and move forward with purpose. Within months, I enrolled in my first coach training course…and I’ve been coaching ever since.
