It might surprise you, but until my mid-30s, I had no idea what I wanted from my career.I had no “formal” qualifications to be proud of. I went from job to job without ever feeling excited.The only thing I knew was that I avoided answering the question: “So, what do you do for a living?” each and every time, even though I'd achieved a LOT.Things shifted as soon as I gave myself permission to do and BE more (and got myself “proper” qualifications in HR and Communications).It was a much needed turning point.It wasn’t long before I saw promotion after promotion.But not through my qualifications!It was my mindset that changed.
