I pivoted to coaching after starting my career in recruiting and talent roles, where I saw how challenging it can be to navigate finding the right career fit. I also learned (the hard way!) from some of my early career experiences that being in the wrong job or organization can take a toll on every aspect of your life.
Those twists and turns led me to create Careers for Social Impact, where I use everything I've learned along the way to partner with social sector leaders who are building impactful and intentional careers.
