Ernest spends his life, sharpening – his skills, his knowledge and his attitudes. With his sharpened life, he prunes the lives of young people that he works with, for the past 30 years, in different schools, offices and countries.

I thrive in my work with young people. As a seasoned Career Coach, I guide them in Education and Career pathways. I am a listener, patiently drawing out their qualities and matching them with viable options. I am a leader, as team lead, I evoke the best from the team, and walk the talk to exceed departmental goals.
