A few years ago, I was leading recruitment at Dentalcorp, managing a high-performing team, hiring over 500 professionals in a year, and hitting every goal on paper.

But deep down, I felt stuck.

I took a short break, just four weeks, to reset and rediscover what inspired me. That clarity led me to finally launch a business I’d dreamed about for years: Top Talent Recruiting.
