Lajoia Coleman

I am a naturally nurturing person who enjoys assisting others in recognizing and achieving their goals. Professionally, this has translated to me successfully designing and coordinating learning activities, creating, and developing educational plans and strategies that promote student success. I broadcast a balance of engagement and coaching. During my tenure as a WIOA Youth Specialist and Family Advocate, I fell in love with the experiences that allowed me to offer training and development of youth participants and families and the collaborative efforts involved in constructing an educational plan that was unique to the learner and the identified goals of that individual and family.
