With 20 years of coaching and counseling experience, and recognized for my ability to build rapport with individuals and teams, I have found success in designing and leading program implementation and improvement efforts, and facilitating learning and professional development with small and large groups. As a former social worker and human resources practitioner, I am interested in both student success and employee engagement.
