I am passionate about higher education, organizational leadership, and building pathways that empower students and institutions. Currently, I'm working with our incredible team at Ivy Tech, leading dual enrollment and accelerated programs, bridging partnerships across 70+ schools, faculty, and community stakeholders. I serve as a Dual Enrollment & ASAP program coordinator at Ivy Tech, where I manage strategic relationships, support student success, and streamline operations for large-scale academic initiatives. I thrive in roles that require organization, adaptability, and strong communication skills. I’ve honed by managing complex programs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting senior leaders. My long-term goal is to continue growing in higher education leadership and management, while expanding my impact at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and student success.
