My purpose is to help my clients reach their full potential and to do this in a way makes them feel happy and fulfilled. I do this using techniques that are underpinned by research in coaching, neuroscience and psychology. I have coached people at all stages of their career journey. From defining clarity of career path to progression, transitions, redundancy, sabatticals, leadership development, mental fitness to supporting people get the most from retirement. Prior to becoming a Career Coach, I worked as an executive recruiter for 15 years supporting people finding and progressing their careers and helping organisations find exceptional people. Additionally I am an Advanced Practitioner in the 6 Team Conditions team coaching framwork. Using this framework I support organinsations increase team effectiveness, team member and stakeholder satisfaction.
