Greetings, My name is Alasja Phillips. I am a 2021 Coppin State University Graduate from Harrisburg, Pa. I withhold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. I currently withhold the position of a Career Coach for Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development. I am passionate about inspiring young individuals to explore their interests and navigate the path to their future careers. I provide personalized guidance on identifying strengths, crafting impactful resumes, and preparing for interviews, all while fostering confidence and self-discovery. My goal is to equip youth with the skills and knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their education and career options. With 3 years of experience in education, I am committed to empowering the next generation to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals.
