I am a career development coach who helps scientists and researchers land jobs in biotech and pharmaceuticals. I have a PhD in Medical Sciences from Texas A&M University and completed my postdoctoral studies in microbiology and medicinal chemistry at the University of North Dakota. Among my most notable contributions in the biotech industry, I supported the launch and operational scaling of next-generation sequencing product lines that were critical in understanding mechanisms of disease responses during the COVID-19 pandemic.After excelling in product development, tech transfer, operations, and R&D roles in San Diego biotech organizations, I am now devoted to Trulitica full-time, coaching clients 1:1 and hosting a community of more than 100 scientists.
