The accolades. The burnout. The endless chase. If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: you are not your career. You’ve built it, led through it, grown because of it. But it isn’t the whole of who you are. I work with ambitious professionals, business owners and creatives, who’ve reached a turning point. Life still looks “fine” on the outside, but internally, something has shifted. The roles no longer fit in the same way. The old markers of success don’t land like they used to.
