I believe this intentionality helps us feel more fulfilled and effective in our work. In my 23 years of experience as a coach, project manager, leader, and instructor, I have learned the immense value of having a work environment that fosters trust, learns from mistakes, and encourages vulnerability and trying new things. Accordingly, I approach my interactions with curiosity, thoughtfulness, and humanity. I enjoy working with people 1-on-1 and also training and engaging with groups. I love the challenge of finding new ways to present material in a way that helps people connect the dots.
