We often tell ourselves we are not equal to others, which can keep us small. Imagine if you felt equal to every thing and everyone around you. After 8 years in tech recruitment, I discovered that my true passion lies in helping others realise their full potential. My journey into coaching began when I recognised how deeply fulfilling it was to support people from a place of service. The more I witnessed individuals step into their best selves, the more connected I felt to this calling. Today, I'm a Certified Life Coach, Enneagram Practitioner, and I'm currently completing my ICF certification alongside a degree in Psychology. My approach is rooted in understanding the unique needs and values of each person I work with, guiding solution-focused coaching. Joining iO-Sphere has been an exciting chapter in my career. I’m passionate about coaching data-focused problem solvers, and I’m committed to building strategies that further strengthen the Accelerate Coaching program.
