People are the most precious and important resource we have. I coach, train, develop and manage educational and transformational programming to support people, talent and workforce development. Having worked with people from over 30 different countries to date, I appreciate diversity and intercultural competence.As a Certified Career Coach and Academy Certified Resume Writer I help people navigate career transitions and advancement, career choice, and job searches. As a trainer and program manager I plan and develop programming and spearhead the entire programming for the EBRPL Career Center where we organize and conduct training and workshops on a wide variety of topics in career development and management, job search, career planning, and workplace issues. I also develop and deliver custom workshops and training mostly for non-profit and educational groups. As the Program Director of the Career Center of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library I have grown the center from a one woman operation to a seven person strong award winning department. The Career Center is a community service of the Baton Rouge Library System, we serve the community as a catalyst for the development of a career-resilient and self-reliant workforce. We listen, analyze, brainstorm, coach, and create educational and transformational programming.
