I’m a people-centered professional with a background in coaching, career development, and community support. I’m inspired by the HR field - especially People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Learning & Development, because it brings together everything I naturally love: human connection, growth, clarity, and building environments where people feel seen and supported. For the last several years, I’ve been helping newcomers and professionals navigate transitions, rediscover their strengths, and move forward with confidence. This work shaped my belief that employee experience begins with genuine listening, thoughtful communication, and creating spaces where people can thrive. Outside of work, I try to live fully and intentionally: being present, enjoying the ocean, lakes, mountains, snowboarding, capturing unforgettable moments, creating, hosting meaningful events, and spending time with the people I love.
