Brent Loehr

Brent Loehr is an educator, writer, and coach. A lifelong learner with insatiable curiosity, Brent started off earning a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.Sc.Ed.) while playing college baseball specializing in Physical Education (Kin), English, and Coaching. With nearly three decades in the education field, he spent the first half of his career as a teacher and the latter half guiding students as a career coach. His writing has appeared in magazines and online publications globally. He has authored both fiction and non-fiction books, attained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Writing, and is a graduate of the Humber School for Writers. He has supported thousands of people worldwide and is a fully certified National Development Coach (NCCP Level III). He earned a Graduate Certificate (GradCert) in Sport Psychology and has completed over 50 combined stand-alone courses, university classes, and certifications in related areas. His primary focus is helping athletes, teams, and performers enhance their mental performance skills and build capacity to become the best that they can be. He holds the Chartered Professional Coach (ChPC ) designation from the Coaching Association of Canada. Brent is married to his wife Melissa, and they have two daughters: Sarah and Leia.
