During intake I use well-defined processes via AI to understand each job seeker’s strengths, weaknesses, and also clarify what their “non-negotiables” are to identify and apply for roles that best match their individual skills and experience. I then coach my clients how to proceed with AI-driven resume tailoring and optimization, interview preparation, and personalized networking strategies, in order to streamline each stage of their job search.
