I was drawn to mission-focused organizations that were growing or rebranding. I transitioned to marketing roles in nature conservation, consumer packaged goods, economic development and digital media. Then at the peak of my 20-year corporate career, I felt burned out. I tested entrepreneurship with a 𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙚 and was on my own in 6 months, doing work I felt called to do. It was the 𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 of them all. * I had to be true I had to be honest about who I was and what mattered most. I launched into a 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 journey, taking assessments and getting feedback from a coach. What a difference it made in my life. I was able to clarify my identity beyond old job titles and gain the renewed 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 I was seeking during a pivotal time in my career. * What's next for you?
