Selected accomplishments:o Partnered with staff, faculty, and local organizations to plan and implement key elements of a 3-year Goizueta Foundation grant for professional success, including: a new Career Communities approach to connect students to alums & employers, a Career Peer advising program, and the Sophomore Class Atlanta Leadership Experience (SCALE).o Selected as panelist to speak on the Future of Internships at Chick-fil-A & Plywood People's Impact Accelerator Conference, sharing insights with 400+ business and nonprofit leaders across the country.o Collaborated with coaching colleagues to assess First Gen student needs and plan career services, programs, and outreach, jointly receiving Most Supportive Department Award from the Pathmakers organization.o Co-created and piloted a 7-week Career Exploration course (online and in-person), which is based on NACE Career Competencies and life design principles and is now a graduation requirement for Agnes Scott College.o Partnered with C200 organization to bring a Reachout event to Agnes Scott College, connecting 75 students with C-level executives for career panels, small group discussions, informal networking and an opportunity for 8 students to each receive up to $5000 in scholarship funds. o Served on Community Day planning committee led by People & Culture (HR department), working with local nonprofits to develop and lead 200+ employees in annual volunteer event and share ways for staff to further support the community.o Increased number of employers supported by Andrew Young School Career Services office at Georgia State University by more than 400% in two years.o Built relationships with 20 department hiring managers as well as university representatives to grow Georgia Aquarium Intern Program from 2 participants in one area per semester to over 80 interns each term in various
