I am a Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in Business Analysis and Business Architecture, with almost two decades of experience operating at enterprise and system level across UK government, policing, national security, financial services (retail, corporate banking and wealth management), and highly regulated environments. I specialise in transformation and organisational optimisation, helping organisations navigate complexity, ambiguity and change. My work includes shaping strategic direction, designing target operating models, assessing end-to-end services, and aligning organisational structures, capabilities and processes to deliver outcomes that are practical, human and sustainable - particularly where challenges are ill-defined, politically sensitive, or mission-critical. I have advised Directors, C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders on enterprise transformation, service redesign, portfolio strategy and organisational change, and I am known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, balancing strategic ambitions with pragmatic delivery, and operating with credibility and composure at executive level. Alongside my role as a Principal Consultant at FSP, I lead Project Professionals by CK, where I support professionals through career coaching, alignment and development, help business analysis practitioners develop their capability, judgement and professional confidence, and work with business owners to demystify complex challenges, clarify what needs solving, and move forward with greater focus and confidence. I am currently completing an Executive Master’s in Strategic Leadership, further strengthening my perspective on enterprise leadership, governance and long-term organisational impact.
