Chad Cullen

I help Emily Griffith Technical College students find employment in their chosen fields -- reach out if you have or know of any opportunities for our students and graduates in the Denver Metro Area! Originally an English and Humanities educator, I've taught mainly in Japanese and Australian secondary schools with a strong focus on vocational education, where I have developed strong skills in communication, collaboration, and intercultural understanding. Previous subjects I've taught include English as a Foreign Language, Society & the Environment (Psychology, Sociology, History, Geography), Japanese, and Theology, to students from diverse backgrounds and levels of proficiency. In Colorado, I most recently served as a Digital Navigator as part of the CO Department of Labor and Employment's Digital Equity pilot program, working one-on-one primarily with refugees and asylum seekers to navigate the job application, hiring, and onboarding process.
