I'm an empathetic Certified Career Coach and Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in higher education and workforce development, designing and leading equity-driven programs that advance career mobility for working adults and underserved communities. I've secured over $334,000 in grant funding to advance equity, inclusion, and social impact, supporting initiatives in interfaith dialogue, domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, and racial healing. I help professionals clarify their goals, build confidence, and develop actionable plans for success. My work includes designing and scaling coaching and professional development programs, conducting resume audits and LinkedIn brand alignment, and applying evidence-based coaching methodologies including Motivational Interviewing and Whole-Person Theory to meet clients where they are and drive sustainable career outcomes. I'm committed to continuous learning and the intentional integration of AI tools to modernize program delivery and expand access to meaningful career opportunities. Outside of work, I love to travel and some of my favorite places include Iceland and Croatia. Travel, like coaching, expands our worldview and deepens empathy, and those values show up in everything I do professionally.
