Christina Litherland

After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, I started my career in Human Resources. I soon discovered I enjoyed recruiting and felt that is where my passion was. I love the relationship building that comes along with recruiting, and really enjoy matching the right person to the right role and organization! I have extensive experience in developing and executing strategic recruiting plans, within agency, corporate, and start-up environments, with demonstrated success in optimizing efficiencies, creating an exceptional candidate experience, and providing cost savings for the organization. I am a compassionate person who loves to help and guide others to succeed in their goals. I have been career coaching for about 10 years in both corporate and private settings. I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their career objectives through revamping their resumes, updating their LinkedIn branding, career and job search coaching, and interview prep. It is so rewarding to get an email from a client telling me that they got the job! Outside of work, I can be found hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with my husband, my 2 boys, and my four-legged sidekick.
