Career Coach and Adjunct Lecturer at Brooklyn College, dedicated to empowering students to discover their passions and access more inclusive, equitable, and attainable job/internship opportunities. With experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds, including psychology, computer science, undeclared, and business, I prioritize building rapport and instilling confidence in each student to bring out their best. I value the importance of fostering strong relationships with alumni, employers, and professionals to provide students with valuable insights and opportunities needed to be competitive candidates on their job search. Using data collection methods, I continuously evaluate and refine strategies to ensure that every initiative contributes to a meaningful job search experience for students. Additionally, my experience in internship program management, overseeing student placements in TTP approved internship sites, coupled with my internship with the SiriusXM + Pandora University Relations Team, has provided me with insights into optimizing student experiences and fostering professional growth.
