I bring a dynamic and diverse professional background shaped by experiences in human resources, corporate training, education, and early leadership roles in restaurant, retail, and transportation management. Each chapter of my career has added valuable perspective—and I’ve truly enjoyed the ride. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of managing, mentoring, and training individuals at various stages of their professional journeys. I’m especially passionate about teaching and instructional design, with hands-on experience using LMS platforms and a strong understanding of the ADDIE method to develop and deliver effective learning experiences. I thrive in roles that blend people development, strategic thinking, and meaningful connection—and I’m always looking for new ways to make a positive impact.
