“If there’s a gap between where you are and where you want to be, you need a coach.” I first heard those words over 15 years ago during a Today Show interview with a pioneer of the coaching profession and Master Certified Coach, Laura Berman Fortgang. I was instantly intrigued. Here was someone who helped others gain clarity, make meaningful change, and move forward with purpose. Within months, I enrolled in my first coach training course…and I’ve been coaching ever since. That early inspiration set the foundation for a rewarding journey. No matter the setting, my work has always centered on guiding others to define their goals, build confidence, and take intentional steps toward growth. Today, I serve as a Senior Career Coach at Guild Education, supporting employees from Fortune 1000 companies — Target, JP Morgan Chase, Disney, PNC, Bons Secours Mercy Health, and more — as they pursue education and career advancement.
