Elevation & Growth: I am a career coach, educator and musician who appreciates and cultivates beauty and excellence. It’s part of everything I do, whether I am growing flowers, making a gorgeous meal for my family, helping someone develop their band program or their career - I want to help drive growth towards their grand vision of success. MBA Career Coaching: I've helped thousands of people, executives to undergraduates, tackle the weird beast that is the modern workplace. My background at a start-up which supported a diverse range of companies in their recruitment needs, as well as my musical background has helped me to form a broad vision of what is possible for students in business. I focus on developing the student’s view of what a beautiful career or life would be for them, not what I think it should be. Curriculum or Training Development: I have the heart of an educator; I want to observe, understand, and use that insight to help others improve. As an instructor and instructional designer in career services, I have re-imagined career curriculum and delivery from the ground up to create programming that is effective, relevant, and far from boring. I can help you attract students and drive career outcomes. Musician: Off the clock, jazz is a lifelong pursuit. Music taught me how to take risks, to be a craftsman and I’ve been a working saxophonist for 20 years. I was fortunate to share my love of music with our community in my role as Board Vice President of Jazz in Arizona as we founded The Nash, a premier jazz venue between the two coasts.
