With an inquiry-driven approach, I help early-career researchers find work that aligns with their values and skills. Good questions sharpen thinking, unsettle assumptions, and help us move with greater intention in a world that changes faster than we expect. As Director of Postdoctoral Affairs, I partner with postdocs, faculty, administrators, and HR professionals to enhance the Penn State postdoctoral experience and post-PhD talent pipeline.
