I have a passion for people management, leadership, student mentorship and coaching! My business background includes 12 years of organizational leadership and management, career development, professional coaching, and mentoring. I have worked in all facets of the retail industry at Target, Kohl’s, and Sephora. Professional expertise includes assisting in-class lectures as a guest speaker for alumni panels, mock interviewing, critiquing resumes, as well as hosting networking and hiring events. My main focus is ensuring that all students have the tools, skills, and opportunities to succeed in their collegiate journeys and professional journeys beyond graduation. I have recently become a student again as a Master of Healthcare Management candidate. In the future, with my years of organizational leadership experience and passion for helping others, I will be pivoting into the healthcare field.
